QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ZA Metal: A leading global producer of tin cans, operating with 7 factories in 4 countries.


Tree Roots: A global trading company dealing in natural food ingredients, leveraging ZA Group's global connections.


MCAP: Produces glass jar lids in İzmir Kemalpaşa factory, meeting global demand.




Responsibilities:


Communicate with customers, answer inquiries via phone or email, take orders, and handle customer complaints.

Receive, process, and relay customer orders to the necessary departments. Check product stock and provide delivery follow-up to customers.

Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.

Build positive relationships with customers, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction by providing additional support when needed.

Organize, analyze, and report sales data. Track sales trends and prepare necessary reports for management.

Monitor product stock, organize inventory, and place orders when necessary. Collaborate with the production department to optimize stock levels.

Conduct market research to identify new customer opportunities.

Attend trade fairs, evaluate meetings, and respond to customer requests.

Track the terms and conditions of completed sales in cooperation with the accounting department.

Effectively use CRM and other sales support software.

Qualifications:


Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

High communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Quick learner, proactive, and result-oriented.

Effective use of CRM and other sales support systems.

Preferably experienced in B2B.

No travel restrictions, active driver.

Developed sales and marketing skills.

Able to work performance-based and track work regularly.

Completed military service (for male candidates).

Dynamic, friendly, well-spoken, and presentable.
