Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from related fields : Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing and other related departments,
• Minimum 4 years of total professional experience on Employer Brand, Corporate Communications,
• Experience in managing corporate social media and agency relations,
• Having a good command of content creation tools and programmes, competency in digital skills on AI tools, SEO,
• Highly competent in written and spoken Turkish, detail-oriented in spelling and grammar,
• Minimum intermediate level (B1) in written and spoken English,
• Advanced knowledge of MS office programmes,
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills,
• Highly organized for planning and coordination,
• Interest in digital tools and innovative applications to stay ahead of change,
• Open to learn and share with continuous improvement perpective.

Key Accountabilities

•  Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to effectively convey the organization's message to various stakeholders,
•  Setting and following up measurable objectives for brand management,
•  Managing media relations and internal/external corporate communication tools,
• Oversee the organization’s digital presence and preserve the image by creating original content for company website, portal, social media, career websites, internal newsletters etc.
• Support developing employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice,
• Controlling all internal and external representation contents of the company to ensure compliance with our values, and to protect company reputation,
• Preparing company presentations,
• Managing network for benchmark activities, following good practices globally.
