QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Remed Assistance is an ever growing assistance company providing global assistance services for millions in all continents. Expectations from our new team member who will be located in Remed HQ, İstanbul (Maslak) are as follows:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Preferably, at least 2 years of experience in similar/relevant positions,
- Fluent in English with advanced spoken and written ability,
- Have an experience of account/customer management,
- Strong communication, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Product launch, relaunch, etc. Planning and organizing all customer satisfaction activities,
- Conducting periodic customer visits,
- Preparing periodic newsletters for existing customers,
- Following up on contracts after new customer agreements,
- Preparing monthly and annual reports and carrying out suggestions and activities regarding customer usage rates of services.
