Rooted in a legacy that spans over three generations, Pergama is more than a brand; it's a celebration of the sun-soaked, unhurried essence of the Mediterranean. Founded and managed entirely by a powerhouse of women, Pergama encapsulates the spirit of a 43-year-old beverage legacy, our factory, introducing a new era with its three distinct sub-brands focused on ice tea, mineral water, carbonated soft drinks with Pergama brand and energy drink products with Charger brand. Pergama İçecek A.Ş. is our exporter holding company and located in Istanbul.
We are looking for a suitable team member as Export Sales Executive located in our central office in Ulus / İstanbul.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, 2nd language will be an asset.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years international sales & marketing experience preferably in FMCG.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop new business channels.
- Familiar with international trade regulations and processes.
- Have background about international contracts, payment and delivery terms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Preferably familiar with ERP software.
- Should complete military service (for male candidates)
- Suitable to travel abroad.
Job Description
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive export growth.
- Identifying and targeting new business opportunities in international markets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with international market needs.
- Following up the orders and production timelines.
- Collaborating with other departments such as production, quality, and logistics to ensure smooth international operations.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Following up market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Following up listing plans in target countries.
- Creating marketing plans with International Marketing team and carrying out them.
- Ensuring compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements
- Attending international trade shows and exhibitions to promote company products
