MR; is an international company established at the end of 2014, in partnership with Meridiam International Investment Fund and Rönesans Sağlık Yatırım, to provide management consultancy services to Turkey's most prestigious Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects.

Qualifications

·       - Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering

·       - Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical System installation and design works at construction site

·       - Maintanance and Test & Commissioning experience at Hospital Projects is a desirable.

·       - Comfortable with reporting

·       - Facility electrical System inspection experience preferred.

·       - Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills, ability to present ideas and negotiate.

·       - Knowledge of Microsoft Office- excel, MS Project, Primavera, Autocad.

·       - Agile, self-motivated, self-disciplined, good team player and result oriented

·       - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

·        - No travel restrictions.

Job Description

·       - Reporting to Hard FM manager about the progress on Maintenance and Test Comssioning Works/Progress on sıte carried out by the subcontractors with weekly and monthly report.

·       - Follow up the issue logs and tests results.

·       - Review, analyze and monitor Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Works on site including T&C strategy, programme and method statements and ensure that related T&C activities are in compliance with them.

·       - Review electrical handover documentation.

·       - Attend technical meetings with all relevant parties including the EPC contractor, Facility Management Company and Consultants.

·       - Monitoring of maintenance team consisting of subcontractors in all Hard Facility Management services.

·       - Supervision of subcontractors

·       - Inspect and quality control of Electrical systems on site.
