JOB DESCRİPTİON

Avesoro is looking for a Recruiter to join our team in İstanbul. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Recruiter to support our recruitment team in talent management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
• Preparation of job advertisements in accordance with the company format in agreement with the relevant department managers
• Creating suitable candidate pools and sharing them with relevant department managers
• Using candidate assessment tools and analyzing the results
• Conducting competency-based interviews
• Assessing the suitability of the candidate for the company and the position in line with the interview and assessment tools
• Development and implementation of talent management strategies
• Expanding the candidate pool by using career portals and monitoring portal usage rights
• Supporting performance evaluation processes
• Conducting exit interviews
• Identifying the skills needed by coordinating with various business units
• Realization of project field visits
• Preparing and analyzing human resources reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience with a focus on recruitment processes
• Software Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Communication and Collaboration: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Analytical Skills and Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Adaptability: Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and maintain concentration on tasks.
• Initiative Possessor: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Mobilization: Ability to travel as needed
