 Which competences do we expect?

• Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 0-3 years of working  exprience (production experience is prioritised)
• Fluent in English - both verbal and writing
• Works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way
• Consistently achieves own professional targets
• Quickly understands the need to change his/her behaviours towards human relationships, and individual and managerial behaviors
• Delivers information to the superior without accumulating 
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

What will be your responsibilities and duties?

• Analyses and improves time studies, MTM (Methods & Time measurement) analysis and line balancing
• Monitors productivity and efficiency of PCB production lines
• Implements new and various production technologies equipments and machines to improve lines efficiency
• Performs process management (SOP)
• Process improvement / project management (kaizen, 5s, time study)
• Prepares work instructions
• Makes purchase requests
• Improves the work environment
• Follows up engineering changes related his/her department and ensures implementation of thisengineering changes
• Ensures that machines and equipment are operated efficiently.
