We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Technical Support Engineer to join our team, leveraging expertise in both sales and engineering to drive our growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and target new business opportunities within the industrial automation sector.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing our solutions' technical capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead and mentor junior sales team members, ensuring their professional growth and success.

Technical Support:

• Provide exceptional technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Utilize your engineering background to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Design, develop, and test machine and process automation systems as needed to support sales efforts.
• Program and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) for automation tasks when required.
• Utilize MATLAB and Simulink for simulation, analysis, and optimization of automation systems.
• Design electrical and automation systems using EPLAN, including schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation system design and development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the industrial automation sector.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. *Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation products and solutions.
• Experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or other major brands) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink for automation system simulation and analysis is a plus.
• Proficiency in EPLAN for electrical and automation system design is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Existing portfolio of clients within the industry is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
