QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Broker/Senior Broker for our team.  

Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills:

• University degree from a reputable university.
• 5-10 years of experience in risk management and insurance, or as an insurance broker for all lines.
• Experience in “power & energy, industrial risks,construction” is a plus.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical thinking ability.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated risk mindset and proven ability to effectively challenge.
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Understand the clients’ business risks and provide technical advice, product expertise, and comprehensive reviews.
• Deliver tailored risk management and insurance advice and solutions to clients with multiple options.
• Assist account management teams in all placement activities, negotiating with reinsurance and insurance markets to obtain the best terms, conditions, coverage, and pricing for the client per Risk Practice guidelines.
• Ensure exceptional service throughout the client journey.
• Contribute to business development and retention.
