We are looking for a HR Generalist for our global colleague operating in the industrial cleaning.

Qualifications:

  • University Graduate in the relevant field,
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in the field of human resources,
  • HR generalist experience preferably in talent acquisition, recruiting, talent management, organizational development and/or payroll benefits functions,
  • Having the energy to do work, high energy, self-disciplined, strong communication skills,
  • Ability to understand business interests and people's needs to support collaborative and effective HR,
  • Proficient in Logo HR and Ms Office programs,
  • Good communication and a high sense of confidentiality,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethical and cultural awareness and problem-solving approach.


Job Description:

  • Recruitment processes (job postings, pre-selection, interview planning, offer process),
  • Taking an active role in other regular HR functions such as boarding processes, creation of organizational charts, preparation of job descriptions,
  • Assuming responsibility in talent and performance management projects to increase employee loyalty,
  • Determining legal and technical training needs for employees,
  • Analyzing the results of the employee listening tool, sharing them with managers and supporting improvement actions,
  • To design, develop and introduce fair HR policies by organizing meetings with Global,
  • Knowledge of effective C&B management in accordance with local and regional guidelines,
  • Supporting payroll information, serving as an HR officer,
  • Ensuring that employees' personal files are kept in order in accordance with the legislation,
  • Develop, review and improve administrative systems, policies and procedures.
