We are seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager for our project in Africa.

We are looking for;

• 10+ years of total professional experience in construction,
• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Quality Control Professional,
• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Arhitecture or Construction Management) preferably in architecture or electrical engineering,
• Field experience is a must,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• USACE/NAVFAC/OBO project experience.

Here’s what you will be doing;

Development of the final QC Plan, plan modifications for site-specific projects; monitoring quality control trends; coordinating prep meetings & training programs; maintaining quality control documentation for completed task orders; and providing support for the resolution of complex issues.

• Performing and conducting the three phases of control for each definable feature of work.
• Performing internal/external audits to ensure quality control requirements are being implemented and maintained for the project.
• Establishing/enforcing a project non-conformance process to include corrective actions and ultimate resolution.
• Implementing procedures for scheduling, reviewing, and managing submittals to the client, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
• Preparing and submitting the daily QC reportings.
• Maintaining a complete record of QC Plan actions through the project.
