Eurofins Consumer Products Assurance, part of Eurofins Scientific, is growing fast. The company is developing robustly its customers and services’ portfolio, especially in terms of Management of the quality for different industry categories like electronics & electrics, toys, hard goods, soft goods such as textile, leather, footwear and accessories.

The Customer Service Manager will join the Customer Service, Quality and Technical Department, among the Product Quality Division, to support the growth and to ensure the customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

·  For a defined customers’ portfolio, manage the relationship and customers’ programs by monitoring KPIs, oversee the service quality and address any issues proactively

·  Responsible of the on-boarding of new clients from collecting/clarifying thecustomers’requirements, till service delivery and claims management.

·   Understand customers’requirements and define the best process to satisfy their needs.

·   Responsible to prepare/update the related WI & procedures according to CPA standards and system settings.

·   Participate in periodical meetings with the clients, maintain the client relationship

·   Assist the sales department to promote Eurofins’ services.

·   Participate in developing technical training materials for local offices staff based on Eurofins CPA internal protocols and customers’ specifications, to maintain a high-quality of service delivery.

·   Perform periodic random checks on the reports released by the local offices and follow the implementation of corrective/preventive actions by the local office staff.

·  Other responsibilities assigned by the manager

Experiences & Qualifications

·      Fluent in  GERMAN and English is a must. (Only applications from candidates with GERMAN language skills will be evaluated.)

·       Bachelor/Master degree in a technical discipline

·       Familiar with the Consumer Products Field and TIC industry

·       Experience in Customer Service Management

·       Experience in Technical field (industry, quality management, audits/inspections)

·       Experience in creating SOPs, training content,

·       Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite: Outlook / Excel / PowerPoint / Word)
