QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S.c degree from a related field, preferably Environmental Engineering,
• Possess a Ministry-approved Class C or B Occupational Safety Certificate,
• Min. 5 years of experience in a related position,
• Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental Management Systems, Technical Safety, Fire, Environment, Security, Training, Risk Analysis, etc.
• Having experience in legislation, field application and technical trainings,
• Knowledge of national and international legislation and regulations,
• Fluency in English,
• Knowledge in MS Office applications,
• Strong communication & organization skills,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic.
• No restriction to travel and stay abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordination of safety program,
• Observation, inspection, audit and review of field implementation of safety program.
• Worker site induction,
• Planning, implementing and monitoring the measures to be taken,
• Checks the permit, its attachments and addresses it to the relevant (interface) department for their approval,
• Regular reporting of all Occupational Health and Safety activities,
• Emergency response: Planning for emergencies, emergency communications etc.
