As an HR Group Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of HR professionals and providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship,
• Develop and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives in line with company values and legal requirements,
• Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract and engage employees,
• Identify talent identification and retention tools/principles,
• Work on staff retention strategies and execute projects to increase employee retention,
• Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization,
• Managing the full employee lifecycle,
• Providing guidance on compensation and benefits programs in line with market trends while ensuring internal equity,
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws/regulations by keeping up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation changes,
• Handling employee inquiries related to HR policies/procedures or resolving any employee relation issues,
• Analyzing data/metrics related to turnover rates, engagement levels, training needs assessments, and other key HR metrics to identify trends/patterns for improvement,
• Foster diversity, inclusion, transparent communication, and cooperation within the organization,
• Follow-up of daily and annual HR tasks.

HR Group Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field; master’s degree preferred,
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with 8+ years in a leadership role, in a fast-paced environment,
• Retail experience will be preferred,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, German will be an asset too,
• Excellent leadership skills with an ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals,
• Experience in managing complex employee relations situations,
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) along with strong presentation abilities,
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws/regulations and trends,
• Directly reporting to Human Resources Deputy General Manager.
