QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

An Account Manager plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of account-related processes.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in account management or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
About the role:
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Prepare and present reports on account status and performance
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in account management
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while carrying out account-related tasks
