Objective of the Position

To ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and longevity of the equipment, machinery, and infrastructure within area of his/her responsibility. Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of production equipment. To achieve optimal results by realizing a stable maintanance process and maximizing equipment availability, improve production efficiency, and ensure the safety and reliability of manufacturing processes.

Play a crucial role in supporting the production process, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime and enhance equipment performance.

• Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot, and resolve complex equipment issues to restore operations quickly and effectively.

• Collaborate with production teams to identify and address bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, analyze data, and provide recommendations to optimize maintenance strategies and resource allocation.

• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement activities to ensure the availability of necessary parts, tools, and resources.

• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to the maintenance team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the implementation of new equipment, process upgrades, and facility expansions.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements related to maintenance practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues

• Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques, including vibration analysis, thermography, and condition monitoring

• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead maintenance initiatives

• Knowledge and experience with Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement management systems & tools

• Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point)

• Fluent English both in writing and speaking

• TPM and Aotunomous Maintanace knowledge is a plus
