Job Description

Product Specialists (PS) in the sub-region customize the global Mobility Aftermarket portfolio to local market requirements. The PS are the product experts in customer discussions, and they collect and convey future product requirements to the product managers of the global business unit. Product manager of the business unit and product specialist in the region form the knee joint of the organization. 

• Product Strategy Alignment with Business Units and sub-regional implementation
• Product expert
• Definition of market requirements for the Business Units
• Competitor Intelligence (product focus)
• Single product line campaign/communication materials including making sure websites and shared folders contain up-to-date material
• Pricing of relevant products
• Market Share/Market volume data accuracy
• Coordination of responses to product-specific information requests from central units with support from Channel Marketing
• Knee joint project follow-up/coordination including Sold Coverage action points

Qualifications

• Experience in the Mobility Aftermarket department is required
• Bachelor's degree from a university of sales-related departments or engineering background
• Master degree is a plus 
• Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish and English Language, German ability is a plus
• Automotive knowledge is a plus 
• Advanced MS Office skills 
• Advanced Analytical skills 
• Well-developed communication as well as presentation skills 
• Excellent customer orientation and networking skills 
• Excellent team worker 
• Multi-task management skills 
• Completed military service for male candidates
