We are looking for a Packaging Development Specialist with the following qualifications to be employed at Bahçıvan Gıda’s factory in Lüleburgaz, one of the leading companies in the dairy sector which has been producing cheese for half a century.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Interested in developing skills in the field of Research and Development
• Possessing analytical thinking skills and knowledgeable about project writing processes
• At least 2 years of experience in packaging R&D processes
• Ability to work effectively in team-oriented and dynamic,environment.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.              
• Proficient in MS Office programs, with advanced Excel skills
• Advanced level of English for conducting literature reviews and research.

Job Description:

• Follow and manage projects within the R&D Center
• Conduct necessary literature reviews and research
• Manage new packaging and improvement projects
• Communicate with other departments to manage packaging development processes
• Prepare written and verbal reports within the scope of the R&D Center
• Report any non-conformities related to packaging and packaging processes to the R&D Manager, ensure actions are taken, and follow up
• Conduct packaging label revisions and follow up until the final stage
• Stay up-to-date with developments in packaging and packaging technologies globally
• Reduce quality problems caused by packaging, propose solutions, and ensure the most effective implementation of these solutions
• Coordinate all packaging work during the new product development process with the R&D Manager (R&D Projects)
• Create specifications for all inputs in accordance with packaging and packaging input plans and product technical standards, revise as necessary, and conduct cost reduction studies
