ASAŞ operates in Aluminum Profile, Composite Panel, Aluminum Flat Products, PVC Profile, and Shutter production facilities covering a total area of 1.000.000 m², with 400,000 m² of closed space, in its Akyazı and Karapürçek campuses, providing services to its customers.

We are looking for a teammate to work a "Production Specialist" to be within the Aluminum Extrusion organization in our Sakarya/Akyazı Profile factory.

Requirements:

• Graduated from the departments of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the aluminum extrusion profile manufacturing sector,
• Advanced proficiency in English,
• Experienced in process improvement, Kaizen, 5S, and project work,
• Good Knownledge in MS Office
• Possessing analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills.
• Strong communication skills, team worker as well as a team leader
• Self-disciplined, self-motivated and confident personality to contribute to the success and harmony of the team.

Job description;

• Monitoring production in the areas of responsibility.
• Ensure daily and monthly efficiency tracking of the press production line and develop action plans to increase machine operating rates.
• Making studies to achieve technical KPI targets related to timing adoption, quality demands, capacity, production equipment efficiency, etc.
• Implement practices to reduce and prevent the consumption of energy, raw materials, auxiliary equipment, and natural resources.
• Identify problems that arise during production, determine factors that negatively affect quality, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Support the production start-up, quality issues (8D-NCR)
