QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Who we are:

Artkim Group has been established in 2001 to serve chemical industry in "Exhibition, Publishing, Agency and Human Resources Consultancy” sectors.

Artkim Fuarcılık, one of the Artkim Group companies, has stepped to the exhibition industry via its brand TURKCHEM ChemShow Eurasia in 2006 and contributes to the industry with its 12 sector-specific trade-shows today.

We are looking for a International Projects Sales Specialist who have the following qualifications to join our team.

Job Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration or related fields,
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
  • Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills,
  • At least 3 years of experience in Exhibition Sales
  • Having a “B” class driving license (is not a must but a preferable criteria) and no restriction to travel abroad.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Professional, dependable, solid work ethic, self-motivated, dedicated,
  • High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues,
  • Having sense of detail and able to take initiative and responsiblity,
  • Residing in European side of Istanbul is preferable
  • Male candidates are expected to have their military obligation done. 

Job Description

  • Develops plans and strategies by coordinating with the manager to achieve the sales target,
  • Focus on market research, finding new customers and new opportinuties,
  • Contact with all international customers by setting up meetings with them
  • Prepare and analyses reports for customer visits and sales meetings
  • Attends international exhibitions both as an exhibitor and/or visitor to meet new contacts and generate business
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions, preparing reports
  • Follows up on customer payments
  • Gather feedback from customers or potential customers and share with internal team
  • Reporting to Sales Manager
