We're searching for a "Import Procurement Specialist" under Planning & Logistics Department Organization with the following requirements;

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Bussiness Administration Departments,
• At least 4 years experience in similar position in a global industial company,
• Knowledge in ERP Systems & Ms Office,
• Good command of English,
• Knowledge in Supply Chain Concepts,
• Good communication and problem solving skills, 
• Analytical thinking and result focused approach,
• Able to travel,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Determining component order quantities according to forecast published by Customer Planning and inform the suppliers , carrying out all orders, tracking shipments and order balances .
• Controlling material stock status and availability of suppliers for delivery.
• Ensuring the reception of the  materials into the warehouse,
• Detecting and reporting the materials that are not active in their stocks, to investigate whether these materials can be used in other projects and sorting their stocks.
• Monitoring supplier KPIs and support for their improvement
• Ensuring and updating the accuracy of material planning master data
• Ensuring with PD dept. that product trees are up to date and correcting any errors,
• Managing the targets of the materials tracked according to the determined stock targets, preparing monthly stock simulations,
• Work on alternative materials,
• Coordination between suppliers and contracted transporters and monitoring its continuous progress,
• Make the organization and report custom clearance process on time,
• Following and controling of the costs during customs clearance,M
• Making stock movements, inventory and reporting of the materials,
• Undertaking different duties and responsibilities given by the manager when necessary within the department or organization, participating in projects, making suggestions or find solutions,
• Preparing periodically report for the tasks,
• Following up missing parts until stock availability,
• Resolving Goods Receipts issues with the applied means of communication (overstock, shortage, damage, documentation, quantity mismatch, Invoices, etc.)
• Directly reporting to Planning & Logistic Manager.
