We are looking for a “Reservation Manager” who will be responsible for our new hotel investment to be opened in Fethiye/Göcek.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or associate in related fields,
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position,
• Experience working in a luxury segment hotel,
• Excellent command of written & spoken English,
• Proficient in MS Office applications, familiar with hotel management systems,
  
• Developed analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, 
• Strong problem-solving abilities,
• Living or able to live in Fethiye,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive, track, and manage hotel reservations,
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries,
• Analyze hotel occupancy rates and sales strategies to maximize revenue,
• Manage online reservation channels and third-party platforms,
• Evaluate and resolve customer complaints and suggestions,
• Prepare monthly and annual sales reports.
