What You’ll Do:

- Support stock management of Nissan parts and maintain parts availability, Maintain inventory turn rate.

- Order parts and follow up dealer order confirmations. Check and manage dealer payments risks and process.

- Order and stock control for additional sales process such as NGMO (Nissan Genuine Motor Oils), Tires, VA (Value Advantage) parts, Service parts, technician uniforms and batteries.

- Collect and follow in bound and out bound parts claims from Spare Parts Warehouse. Claim to local suppliers.

- Manage the daily order taking process from dealers, dispatching note and invoicing process to dealers.

- Follow up non-moving local parts and support to sales marketing campaigns with local suppliers.

- Support to pricing process. Communicate with local suppliers and follow up pricing escalations.

- Follow up warranty process for local parts. Communicate to suppliers and organize claim parts.

- Make 5S Audits for W/H operations with the standard audit form periodically.

- Prepare and report sales performance and order analysis in daily basis.

What we are looking for:

- University degree (4-year Bachelor’s degree), preferably Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering

- 1-3 years of experience in Automotive Business. Aftersales, stock control and planning experience is preferred.

- Good command of English

- Parts & product knowledge

- Good level of MS Office applications

- Analytical thinking skills

- No travel restrictions

- Good team player with strong communication skills
