General Qualifications

We are looking for innovative,  team spirited"Production Supervisor" to join our team for Ficosa Turkey which is the leading company in Automotive sector, with the following qualifications: 

  • University degree with related engineering (mechanical, indusrty, etc)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Min. 1-2 years technical experience is preferable
  •  High level analytical thinking, emotional intelligence and teamwork ability.
  • Has interest and knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
  • Capable of driving changes and encouraging members into the change process
  •  Capable of motivating and fostering his team to achieve the established goals 


Job Description 

  • Prepare equipment and workplaces and assign the operators to the various job positions depending on their technical knowledge and skills.
  • Distribute and monitor the teamwork, as well as providing the necessary support for the correction of possible deviations.
  • Train/coach new team leader/operator if Team Leader does not exist in the area and perform layered flash audit.  
  • Ensure OHSE policies and procedures are followed in the area of responsibility.
  • Monitor and supervise optimal performance of people, workplaces and equipment, as well as controlling skills matrix (versatility)
  • Fill in the required documentation at a plant level for production, quality, attendance, etc.
  • Monitor achievement of established quality standards for processes and products.
  • Report to Section Manager on the main effectiveness and efficiency ratios for the area of responsibility.
  • Ensure appropriate administration and use of consumption materials.
